2️⃣ Dial In Your Protein

→ 1g per lb of ideal bodyweight daily
→ 30-40g per meal (6oz chicken, fish, steak)
→ Prioritize breakfast protein

3️⃣ Set Your Calorie Target

→ Weight loss = 10-12x bodyweight in lbs
→ 200lb executive = 2,000-2,400 calories
→ Stalled? Drop 200 calories from carbs/fats

4️⃣ Strength Train 2-3x Per Week

→ Full-body compound lifts
→ Squat, deadlift, press, row, carry
→ Progressive overload weekly (Add weight, reps, sets)
→ Train to near failure

5️⃣ DO a high intensity cardio session (1/2/8 Protocol)

→ 1 Norwegian 4x4 session weekly (4 min hard, 4 min easy, repeat 4x)
→ 2 Zone 2 cardio sessions weekly (45min) - This is a luxury for people who have the time. Add this in only as a bonus.
→ 8,000+ daily steps

3 Tips To Stay On Track With A Fat Loss Diet

  • Prepare 1 lunch meal for the week or use a meal prep company. If you have quality food ahead of time it's harder to go off track than stay on it.
  • Stock all locations with healthy snacks. Office, home office, car (if you travel driving) - Fruits, greek yoghurt, string cheese, jerky, protein bars for foods that don't perish
  • Brush your teeth after dinner - This helps you shut off for the night.
