Travel has been your excuse for 2 years. Here's the system that removes it.

Here's what you can expect today

  • The no BS travel protocol for executives who keep falling off track.

Read time : 1.3 minutes

If you travel for work every week and always come back 5lbs heavier, this is the exact system I give every executive client on day one.

You used to be the person who had this dialled in. Now travel is the excuse.

And it's been the excuse for 2 years.

Here's my no BS approach to losing belly fat when you're travelling.

If this feels 'too simple' - It's supposed to be that way. Because then you'll actually follow through and keep momentum going.

The training protocol

30 minutes. Any hotel gym. No excuses.

→ DB Bench Press, DB Row, DB Deadlift, Split Squat

↳ 3 rounds of each. Controlled tempo.
↳ No gym? Push-ups, Split Squats, Lunges, Sit-ups. Same structure.
↳ The only rule: get within 1 to 2 reps of failure every set. Anything less and you're just going through the motions.

The nutrition protocol

↳ Breakfast and lunch: protein and fruit or veg only. No heavy carbs until dinner.
↳ Use Instacart to order some healthy snacks like Greek yoghourt, protein shakes, and fruit to the hotel room when you arrive. (or grab them on the way)
↳ Front-load 6 to 8k steps before your business dinner. This alone changes how your body handles the meal.

↳ At the restaurant: order protein first, swap the side for veg, sauce on the side, one treat maximum. Bread, fries, dessert, or alcohol. Pick one.
↳ Alcohol: max 2 drinks, nothing within 3 hours of sleep.
↳ Next morning: same high protein breakfast regardless of what happened the night before.

Most executives lose months of progress because they have no plan for the road.

Now you do.

The difference between executives who stay lean while travelling and the ones who don't isn't discipline or willpower.

It's having a system that removes the decision-making when you're tired, jet-lagged, and hungry at 10pm in a hotel.

What's your biggest challenge when you're on the road?

Hit reply and tell me. I read every response personally.
