Here's what actually works, and what you can do differently starting tomorrow.


Myth: More cardio burns more fat

↳ 3x45-minute full body strength sessions per week outperforms 5 cardio days for fat loss
↳ Squat, hinge, push, pull. Add weight or reps every session. That's the protocol.

Muscle is your metabolic engine. It burns calories around the clock, not just during the session. Cardio burns calories while you're doing it. Strength training changes the rate at which your body burns fat permanently.


Myth: Cut carbs or fats completely

↳ Set calories at 10-12x your bodyweight in lbs
↳ Hit 1g protein per lb of ideal bodyweight daily
↳ Every 2 weeks you stall, drop 200 calories from carbs or fats. Never from protein.

Carbs aren't the enemy. Uncontrolled calories are. You can lose fat eating carbs. You can't lose fat without a deficit. The number always wins.


Myth: Travel kills your progress

Myth: You need more willpower

Willpower is a depleting resource. By the end of a hard day it's gone. Systems run on autopilot regardless of how you feel. Every exec who has fixed this long term stopped relying on motivation and started relying on defaults.
